The minority shareholder is Sevanlab Nominees PTY LTD, the personal investment vehicle for Neil Balnaves AO, an Australian investor who focuses on start-ups on a global basis. AVM also has a mandate to act on international investments for The Balnaves Foundation, a well respected Australian philanthropic organisation.
